Heavy rainfall has exited the area; however, excessive runoff will continue to cause flash flooding through early this afternoon. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE... IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Slickford, Mount Pisgah, Burfield, Hidalgo, Powersburg, Parmleysville, Sunnybrook, Griffin and Rockeybranch.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
