* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyle, Casey, Garrard, Larue, Lincoln, Madison, Marion, Mercer, Nelson and Washington. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 527 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain winding down from west to east across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
