* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Jackson and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 526 PM EDT, Between 3.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... McKee, Atkinstown, Bradshaw, Gray Hawk, Olin, Dabolt, Mildred, Macedonia, Shop Branch, Privett, Hurley, Settle Store, Annville, Deese, Bond, Tyner, Welchburg, Turkey Foot, Cornelius and Zekes Point.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
