Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Kentucky, including
the following counties, in central Kentucky, Grayson and Hart. In
south central Kentucky, Barren, Butler, Edmonson and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 944 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brownsville, Park City, Ollie, Rhoda, Sweeden, Straw,
Lindseyville, Chalybeate, Stockholm and Bee Spring.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
