Rough River near Dundee affecting Ohio County. .Heavy rain from the past few days has caused the river to rise. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rough River near Dundee. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Trailer courts in Hartford flood. At 29.0 feet, KY 136 at Heflin Road floods near county line. KY 69 floods near intersection of US 231 in Hartford. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Sunday was 28.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 29.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning to 19.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will rise to 21.2 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
