At 30.0 feet, Several county roads flood near Woodbury. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 28.4 feet tomorrow evening.
