* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following county, Wayne. * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1244 PM EDT, flooding was ongoing across portions of the county, with several roads impassable. Heavy rainfall has exited the area; however, high water will continue through the rest of this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Monticello, Cooper, Slickford, Oil Valley, Hidalgo, Burfield, Susie, Mount Pisgah, Powersburg, Barrier, Zula, Parmleysville, Coopersville, Rockeybranch, Sunnybrook, Griffin, Parnell, Cabell, Kidds Crossing and Ritner.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
