Water overflows lock wall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 26.4 feet Tuesday morning.
