Green River at Rochester affecting Ohio, Butler and Muhlenberg Counties. .Recent heavy rain has caused the river to rise. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Green River at Woodbury. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, KY 403 at James McKinney Bridge floods. Water overflows lock wall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 23.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0 feet tomorrow evening.
