possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, north central, and south central
Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central Kentucky,
Boyle, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison and Mercer. In north central
Kentucky, Washington KY. In south central Kentucky, Adair, Allen,
Barren, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Lincoln, Marion,
Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell and Taylor.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
