* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...The Flood Watch includes the Kentucky counties of Bath, Elliott, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery, Powell, Rowan, Johnson, Martin, and Morgan. * WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected. Thunderstorms may be persistent in some locations, leading to heavy rainfall, and in turn a potential for flash flooding.
