* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Kentucky, including
the following counties, in east central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott,
Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery, Powell and Rowan. In southeast
Kentucky, Morgan.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of showers and thunderstorms with torrential downpours
will continue into the evening. These will lead to locally
heavy rainfall amounts that could result in instances of
flash flooding.
