possible.
* WHERE...The Flood Watch includes the Kentucky counties of Bath,
Elliott, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery, Powell, Rowan, and Morgan.
* WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times into this
evening. Heavy rainfall may occur where thunderstorms are the
most persistent, resulting in flash flooding.
