In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley and Perry. * WHEN...Until noon EDT today. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An additional round of showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect southwestern parts of the area through noon.
