* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast Kentucky, including
the following counties, in northeast Kentucky, Johnson and Martin.
In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Floyd, Knott, Magoffin, Pike and
Wolfe.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times through early
this morning. Very heavy rainfall may occur where
thunderstorms are the most persistent, resulting in flash
flooding.
