* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will
occur.

- At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 3.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Friday morning and continue rising to 4.0 feet early
Friday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
