* At 1254 PM CDT, public reported video of water approaching homes
near Simmesport. Between 6 and 13 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
