Natchitoches Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
South Central Red River Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
Northeastern Sabine Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
* Until 1100 AM CDT.
* At 730 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over Northeast Sabine and
Northern Natchitoches Parishes. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to
3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches
are possible in the warned area through late morning. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Natchitoches, Campti, Allen, Pleasant Hill, Provencal, Natchez,
Clarence, Robeline, Powhatan, Hagewood, Flora, Bellwood, Cypress,
Bermuda, Grand Ecore, Marthaville, Melrose, Kisatchie and Mount
Carmel.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
