* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet,
flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in
Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Friday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 18.0
feet early Sunday afternoon.
