access roads to the river flooded.

- At 7:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 14.5 feet tomorrow evening.
It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon.
