* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Water over lowest portions of Goos Ferry
Road. Cars should be moved to higher ground.

- At 7:35 AM CDT Friday the stage was 1.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of
3.5 feet early Tuesday morning.
