Description:
At 1022 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Plaucheville,
or near Moreauville, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Bunkie, Simmesport, Moreauville, Cottonport, Mansura, Hessmer,
Evergreen, Plaucheville, Goudeau, Dupont, Big Bend, and Hamburg.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
