areas, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Western
Garrett and eastern West Virginia, including the following area,
Western Mineral.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- A few disturbances will move across the area today into this
evening. Heavy showers and a few thunderstorms could bring
locally heavy rain.
