Description:
At 918 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Voorheesville to near Selkirk to 6 miles west of
Athens, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Albany, Pittsfield, East Greenbush, North Adams, Rensselaer, Great
Barrington, Hudson, Catskill, Chatham, Nassau, Delmar, Williamstown,
Claverack, Lee, Lenox, Menands, New Baltimore, Ravena, Cheshire, and
Stephentown.
Instruction:

building.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
