* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of eastern upper Michigan, including the following county, Chippewa. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 541 PM EDT, Earlier thunderstorms produced heavy rain over far southwest Chippewa County. Minor flooding is possible along M-28 west of Hulbert Rd. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Along M-28 west of Hulbert Rd is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
