* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following counties, Berrien and Cass MI. * WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1224 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Niles, Dowagiac, Bridgman, Berrien Springs, Shorewood-Tower Hills-Harbert, Shorewood-Tower Hill, Pokagon, Baroda, Eau Claire, Indian Lake, Sumnerville, Glendora, New Troy, Sawyer and Harbert. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
