Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Lenawee, Monroe, Washtenaw and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1037 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 4 inches of rain
have fallen so far today.
- Rainfall rates of over a half inch in 30 minutes have been
observed in the heaviest rain. Additional rainfall amounts up
to 2 inches are expected over the area through 12 PM. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Ann Arbor, Romulus, Adrian, Monroe, Ypsilanti, Flat Rock,
Saline, Tecumseh, Milan, Chelsea, Dexter, Dundee, Blissfield,
Carleton, Manchester, Temperance, Trenton, Grosse Ile, Ida
and Belleville.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
