Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Monroe and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1109 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicted an area of heavy
rainfall produced between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain over a 2
hour period. Additional areas of moderate rainfall will
continue into the early morning hours. This may cause urban
and small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Warren, Livonia, Taylor, Romulus, Flat Rock, Carleton,
Downtown Detroit, Detroit, Dearborn, Wyandotte, Trenton,
Grosse Ile, Belleville, Greenfield Village, Belle Isle,
Westland, Dearborn Heights, Lincoln Park, Southgate and Allen
Park.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
