* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas, Genesee, Lapeer, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair and Tuscola. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall of up to an 1 inch is expected tonight, with potential for localized areas to receive 1 to 3 inches.
