Southwestern Mahnomen County in northwestern Minnesota...
* Until 700 PM CDT.
* At 619 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Twin Valley, or 38 miles northwest of Detroit
Lakes, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
