rainfall continues.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing County.
* WHEN...Until 230 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Minor street flooding possible.

- At 1246 AM CDT Tuesday, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5
and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
