* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Dodge County in southeastern Minnesota...
Central Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota...
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in
urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 805 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Rochester, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Kasson, Byron, Eyota,
Dover, Marion, Wasioja, Viola, Eden, Chester, Apache Mall,
Highway 52 And 55th Northwest, Century High School, Rochester
Airport, Salem Corners, Simpson, Oxbow Park and Predmore.
