Description: 
The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued from Monday morning through Monday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Koochiching, North St. Louis, Northern Cook and Lake, North Itasca and Central St. Louis. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 27 to 35 percent on Sunday and 23 to 35 percent on Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The rapid spread of any fires may occur due to the forecast weather conditions and dry fuels per guidance from local land management agencies.
