The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for gusty winds and potentially dry fuels, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, North St. Louis, Northern Cook and Lake and Central St. Louis. * WINDS...West 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 35 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 85. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
