Dobbins Creek at Austin 2NE affecting Mower County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Dobbins Creek at Austin 2NE. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the bridge deck. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.6 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 11.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.2 feet on 07/19/1999. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
