Much of the area received heavy rainfall overnight especially along and south of Interstate 90 across southeast Minnesota and southwest Wisconsin. Many rivers and low lying areas are already flooding or experience high water with more rain expected over the next 24 to 48 hours. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
