* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...In Minnesota, in east central Minnesota, Crow Wing, Pine and South Aitkin Counties. In north central Minnesota, South Cass County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake, Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An area of thunderstorms tonight over the watch area will be capable of heavy rain. Several waves of storms may move over the same location. Rainfall across the watch area of 1-3 inches is expected with localized amounts of 2-4 inches possible. - Flood safety information can be found at www.weather.gov/safety/flood.
