The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Koochiching, North St. Louis and Northern Cook and Lake. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph today. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph on Tuesday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...The rapid spread of any fires may occur due to the forecast weather conditions and dry fuels per guidance from local land management agencies.
