Description:
At 510 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
Kerkhoven, or 8 miles northwest of Willmar, moving southeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Pennock.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and has
produced large hail.
