Description:
At 1048 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Red Lake Nation to Leonard to near Upper Rice Lake,
moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Bemidji, Redby, Red Lake, Lower Red Lake, Ponemah, western Upper Red
Lake, and Wilton.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for north central
and northwestern Minnesota.

building.
