At 648 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 20 miles west of Marietta to 12 miles southwest of Canby, or along a line from 54 miles west of Montevideo to 44 miles southwest of Montevideo, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Weather station reported. At 634 PM, Watertown Airport measured a wind gust of 70 mph. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. This severe thunderstorm will be near... Canby around 705 PM CDT. Marietta around 710 PM CDT. Bellingham around 720 PM CDT. Madison and Dawson around 725 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Burr, Florida Creek Wildlife Management Area, Nassau, St. Leo and Madison Airport.
