Description:
At 1051 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Lagoona Beach to over Marvin, or along a line from 5 miles north
of Ortonville to 9 miles southwest of Wilmot, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. At 1032 PM CDT, wind of 60 miles
per hour was reported 8 miles east southeast of Bonanza
Grove.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms have produced damaging winds and are capable of
producing large hail.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
