* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Houston County in southeastern Minnesota...
Southwestern La Crosse County in west central Wisconsin...
* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 248 AM CDT, ongoing heavy rain has been falling and will
continue.Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and
1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

La Crosse, La Crescent, Onalaska, Holmen, French Island, La
Crosse Airport, Brice Prairie, Medary, Lock And Dam 7, Highway 33
And Losey Boulevard, Midway, and New Amsterdam.
