* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County and Wisconsin, Burnett and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena Lake counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall fell overnight with additional rainfall possible yet this morning.
