Description:
* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than 1 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory,
northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 1
to 4 ft expected.
* WHERE...Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN, Silver Bay
Harbor to Two Harbors MN, Two Harbors to Duluth MN and Duluth
MN to Port Wing WI.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 2 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this
morning to 10 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
Instruction:
Anyone operating a smaller vessel should avoid navigating in
hazardous conditions.
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
