Description:
* WHAT...For the Dense Smoke Advisory, dense smoke will reduce
visibility to 1 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest
winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.
* WHERE...Sheboygan to Port Washington WI and Port Washington to
North Point Light WI.
* WHEN...For the Dense Smoke Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this
afternoon to 7 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
Instruction:
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
