* WHAT...Dangerously large breaking waves of 10 to 14 feet. Minor coastal flooding expected. * WHERE...For High Surf Advisory, west and north facing reefs of Palau and Yap. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, along north facing reefs. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 5 AM ChST Friday. For the High Surf Advisory, until 5 PM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The southwest monsoon swell and the north swell produced by Typhoon Bavi are producing surf of 10 to 14 feet, and minor inundation along north facing reefs of about a foot. As Typhoon Bavi continues to move farther away, the surf is expected to also continue to fall, possibly falling below the 9 foot threshold as early as Friday afternoon.
Instruction: 
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.
