During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI. * WHEN...During the Small Craft Advisory, the maximum winds are expected around 9 AM EDT Thursday with the largest waves expected around 4 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.
