These river forecasts could change based on how Potential Tropical Cyclone 1 tracks across Louisiana and Mississippi late tonight and Thursday. Interests along the rivers should monitor the forecast closely and be prepared for major flooding. For the West Hobolochitto Creek...including McNeil...Major flooding is forecast. For the East Hobolochitto Creek...including Caesar...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
