Leaf Near McLain affecting Perry, George and Greene Counties.
For the Leaf River...including McLain, New Augusta...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Leaf near McLain.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Residences in West McClain begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 1:15 PM CDT Thursday was 20.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.5 feet
tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
